Starting at TU Dublin

A very warm welcome to TU Dublin and the start of your next big adventure! We hope this is the start of an exciting and rewarding journey – an opportunity to meet new people, enjoy new experiences and reach your full potential..

The University has a diverse student population, with over 29,000 students from over 100 countries across our campuses – Grangegorman, Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Blanchardstown and Tallaght. Inclusion is one of our core values, so it is important that all our students feel welcome at TU Dublin.

If you have any questions before accepting your offer, you might want to join our live online chat from Tuesday, 7 September to Friday, 10 September.  Alternatively, you can contact our Admissions Team by email or over the phone. We've also packed our CAO Hub full of information about our courses, campuses and student life in general.

We have prepared a fantastic orientation programme for you, and once you accept an offer, we will be in touch by email with more details. Your classes will commence from Monday, 27 September, with some course orientations taking place the week before.

While it will not be required for access to learning spaces on campus at TU Dublin, it is important to note that testing or proof of vaccination may be required for some activities associated with your studies, such as ERASMUS, exchange, placement, site visits etc.

If you're an international student, we encourage you to read this information before travelling to Dublin and please do contact our International Office if you have any questions.

Whether you're joining us as an apprentice, at undergraduate or postgraduate level or part-time, we can't wait to see you on campus.  In the meantime, why not follow us on social media so you can keep up to date with all the exciting stuff we're up to! Don't forget to tag us and use our hashtags #WeAreTUDublin and #InfinitePossibilities
